Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the tow truck and related equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of vehicle operations, mechanical systems, and the ability to handle various roadside situations efficiently.

Duties

• Safely operate tow trucks to transport vehicles from accident scenes, breakdowns, or parking violations
• Assist customers with vehicle recovery and provide professional customer service during stressful situations
• Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance on tow trucks and related equipment
• Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with vehicles or equipment when necessary
• Operate forklifts or other machinery as needed for loading or unloading vehicles or parts
• Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws while on duty
• Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities and vehicle details
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members to coordinate operations

Skills

• Mechanical knowledge of vehicles and towing equipment
• Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably with a valid CDL license
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to remain professional under pressure
• Knowledge of automotive repair basics for troubleshooting minor issues
• Ability to operate forklifts or similar machinery is a plus
• Excellent driving record with a focus on safety and compliance with traffic laws
• Physical stamina to handle lifting, loading, and long hours on the road
• Good communication skills and attention to detail

Pay: $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
