What you will do:


As an Office Administrator, you will work in-house to manage and oversee all office, acquisition, rehab, and property management needs for
PE Real Estate Solutions.

You will be responsible for communicating with other team members, realtors, brokers, lawyers, utilities companies and other service providers. Assisting in all administrative related roles within the organization.

  • Coordinating schedules, appointments, and inspections for properties
  • Greet customers as the first point of contact with the company and answer incoming phone calls
  • Collaborate to outline scope, goals, required resources, and timelines
  • Maintain great relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Creating, updating docs and organizing all documentation processes
  • Manage the filing system, order office supplies and looking for areas of improvement in systems

What we are looking for:

A gem who can successfully juggle multiple projects and tasks at once. This person will thrive on opportunities to take initiative and will be a team player with a hustle mentality.

We are seeking an individual who mirrors the following:


  • Extremely accountable and detail oriented with strong follow through skills
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal
  • An organized approach to your work with the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Personable, professional and optimistic outlook preferred
  • Ability to work well under pressure with a willingness to learn and grow

The education/experience that we prefer you have:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential
  • 2+ years in an office admin position
  • Proficient in Google Docs, Microsoft Office, and overall tech savvy
