Platform Product Manager - Contact Center Solutions
Our client is seeking a Platform Product Manager to join their innovative team, specializing in developing integrations into other systems and expanding platform capabilities within the contact center space.
This role requires a technically adept candidate to seamlessly integrate solutions with various contact center platforms, identity systems, and APIs for enhanced functionality and data exchange.
As the Platform Product Manager, you will closely collaborate with customers, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional solutions with cross-functional teams.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the platform by driving integrations, extending data capabilities, and streamlining system interactions.
This position is located in Toronto, but our client will consider exceptional candidates on a remote basis from anywhere in the US or Canada.
Responsibilities:
Develop deep understanding of customer needs and requirements
Own the full product life cycle for platform integrations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize, design, and define product functionality
Support Go-to-market and Sales teams as a subject matter expert
Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders for continuous improvement
Take ownership of specific feature areas within the platform
Drive integration with contact center platforms, identity systems, and APIs
Contribute to defining the platform roadmap and prioritizing initiatives
Requirements:
6+ years of product manager experience in enterprise SaaS software
Proven track record in driving integrations with external systems and APIs
Strong technical background and ability to work closely with engineering teams
Experience with contact center platforms and identity systems preferred
Familiarity with data exchange and extending data capabilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Blend of analytical skills and user empathy
Strong leadership and collaboration abilities within cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality products
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
