In the position of
Delivery Coordinator reporting to the
General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for being a personal connection for our customers to learn about the benefits, services, and vehicles we offer, whether they're shopping or already an owner.

You will be accountable for_**:

  • Understanding the features and benefits of all vehicles that are available for purchase while being able to effectively communicate this information to our customers.
  • Knowing indepth and consistent product knowledge.
  • Coordinating and completing a full product presentation with guests of their new vehicle.
  • Being an expert in explaining and presenting vehicle technology.
  • Reviewing the operation of the vehicle and highlighting key features and benefits to our customers.
  • Reviewing the owner's manual with our clients.
  • Assisting our sales team in ensuring excellent customer service for our clients.
  • Other related duties as needed.

To be successful in this role, you must have:_

  • A Valid Driver's license with a clean Driver's Abstract.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • The ability to work both in a team environment and on your own.
