Zaber is in search of a detail-oriented, creative, and driven Marketing Events Manager with a passion for customers and technology to join our Marketing Team.

This role will primarily involve overseeing all aspects of industry trade show management and coordination.

As a member of our dynamic and growing marketing team, you will play a key role in reaching new customers, creating a great first impression, and highlighting the many reasons why Zaber's products and services have earned our customers' loyalty over the last 25 years.

Zaber operates within the global robotics and automation industry, which is undergoing remarkable growth. We specialize in designing and manufacturing devices that simplify automation in photonics, life sciences, and industrial systems.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and Sales Manager to lead our trade show initiatives in both existing and new markets.

As a Marketing Events Manager
, you will:

• Oversee all aspects of exhibition coordination, including registration, procurement of on-site services such as labor, electricity, lead retrieval, rentals, and invoice management, among other responsibilities.
• Coordinate all marketing communication elements for each event, including backdrops, printed materials, videos, social media posts, website updates, promotional items, and live product demonstrations.
• Evaluate and document trade show performance metrics, and conduct postshow debriefs and analysis. Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Head of Sales to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate trade show calendar planning to align with Zaber's strategic direction. In collaboration with the Head of Marketing and Head of Sales, make informed decisions regarding which shows to attend, the level of investment required, and considerations for return on investment.

You're the ideal Marketing Events Manager
if you have:

• An events planning or marketing designation and have been working for
• 5 years in managing events in a technology related industry.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances with a strategic mindset to evaluate events based on their alignment with company objectives.
• Meticulous attention to detail when it comes to managing files, documenting information, and handling budgets and invoices.
• A passion for travel and/or enjoyment of being in the field during events and supporting as necessary.

Marketing Events Manager Wage**- The starting wage for this role is $21 - $32/hour depending on experience.
