We are currently in the process of hiring a Maintenance Supervisor/Cleaner for a plaza situated in Toronto.

This is a full-time position with work hours scheduled for Monday to Friday on the day shift, with the exact hours yet to be determined.

Job Details:

The primary responsibilities involve outdoor tasks as there is no interior cleaning involved.
Duties include cleaning underground parking garages, maintaining internal staircases, conducting litter pickup around the plaza's exterior, and addressing property maintenance needs as they arise.
Ensuring the plaza remains free of hazards is a fundamental aspect of this role.

Job Requirements:

A solid background of 35 years in property maintenance is essential.
A proven track record of 35 years as a property superintendent is also required.
Previous experience in cleaning is a valuable asset.
