    Description

    You as a People & Culture (HR) Coordinator will:

  • Handle all administrative tasks related to the full employee life cycle including but not limited to onboarding, new hire orientation, offer letters, employee change letters, promotions, resignations, etc. in a professional and accurate manner.
  • Be a reliable point of contact for employees inquiries, utilizing internal resources to help find answers and provide follow ups.
  • Deliver full recruitment services including but not limited front end needs analysis, job postings, sourcing, attending career fairs, and pre-screen/interviews.
  • Oversee the portfolio's co-op program while building external relationships to source top talent.
  • Ensure a positive employee experience is delivered by collectively supporting the needs of employees and the business.
  • Accurately maintain all employee data through the use of the current HRIS (UltiPro).
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Is this the right role for you?

  • You have a College or University degree in Human Resources Management with human resources experience at a Coordinator level.
  • You have working knowledge of Human Resources legislation, HR databases including HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems and Recruitment websites.
  • You have the ability to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines.
  • You have effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are driven to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders within a corporate environment.
