You will be responsible to provide IT support via our ticketing system, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues for our internal teams.

Additionally, you will work with the team to manage our current IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities:

Provide IT support related to computer systems, hardware, software and networking
Prepare and configure computers, peripherals, telephones and other computer equipment
Perform installation, update and maintenance of software
Diagnose and solve technical problems of users
Manage user access and security
Perform diagnosis of network systems
Document incidents, support / service requests and followup in the ticketing system
Maintain inventory of computer equipment.

Skills Required:

College degree in Computer Science
Knowledge of Microsoft platforms
Windows Server 2016 and 201
Able to work with very little supervision
Available to work on site 3 days per week.
