Administrative Assistant - Health and Wellness
Status:
Full time contract until December 15, 2023
Location:
Toronto, ON. This is an on-site position based out of Loblaw's Toronto Lakeshore.
This is a full-time contract until December 15, 2023 based out of our Toronto, ON office.
Your responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support for our Health and Wellness team
- Assisting with customer service and service implementation
- Caring for flu immunization vaccines ( all training will be provided)
- Answering and transferring client and patient calls
- Inputting shifts and other relevant information
- Completing accurate and timely invoicing for clients
- Data entry and filing
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, supplies, and faxes
- Assisting with Operations including packing supplies and medical equipment
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM experience is a strong asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Interest or experience in the health and wellness industry
- Ability to speak French is a strong asset
- Occasional travel may be required. Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle as needed.
