Description
This is a great opportunity for students
May to September, 15-20 hours per week


Key Responsibilities:


  • Preparation for offsite events, such as concerts, festivals and patio openings, ensuring vehicle is loaded up with correct display and promotional materials and equipment
  • Bar setup; stocking product, glassware, bar and rental equipment
  • Setup of tables, chairs, buffets, coffee stations, coat check, etc; setting tables, organizing rentals, pinning linen and organizing client items; gift bags, name cards, menus, etc
  • Assist in opening and closing checklists, including cash out sheets and inventory as needed
  • Interact with customers, providing exceptional customer service and build interest in the brand
  • Confidently and proactively engage customers and promote Beau's Brewing and Steam Whistle Brewing
  • Responsible for the teardown of the bar and equipment, ensuring all items are cleaned and stored ready for next use
  • Work closely with the marketing team

Experience and Qualifications:


  • Must have current Smart Serve Certification
  • Full G driving licence is required
  • Able to work a variety of shift including evenings and weekends
  • Must have exceptional customer service skills and able to take initiative
  • Some experience as server/ bartender is preferred
  • Physically fit as standing for long periods of time and some lifting
  • A passion and knowledge of Craft brewing is an asset
