    Description

    We are looking for a well-organized and dynamic manager to oversee disaster restoration and construction projects in residential and commercial settings. Our main clients are insurance companies/adjusters and property managers, and our goal is to ensure satisfaction and deliver high-quality results to property owners and insurance clients or commercial managers.



    • Estimating clean-up and reconstruction, typically using Xactimate
    • Being the main point of contact for the customer
    • Securing the work and managing the project to completion
    • Collaborating effectively with team members, both internal and external
    • Meeting all service level agreements, key performance indicators, profitability, and revenue targets
    • Fulfilling all administrative and corporate duties and expectations
    • Being on call and working extra hours as needed, without additional pay

    We are seeking a proactive individual who can actively pursue new projects while ensuring customer satisfaction. This role will report to the General Manager and closely collaborate with the Administration Team and Operations Manager.


    The ideal candidate should thrive in a multitasking environment, enjoy a fast-paced setting, and possess exceptional attention to detail, strong technical/computer skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities. While experience in estimating and managing construction in commercial and residential settings is preferred, particularly in the restoration industry, we are willing to train candidates with transferable skills.
