Job Description:


Within the Air Transat Chief Pilot's team, the Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smoothness of communication, information management, and high-level administrative support.


  • Actively support the Chief Pilot, Base Managers, and Chief Technical Pilot in their administrative tasks and communications.
  • Manage and prioritize the team's shared mailboxes.
  • Ensure the taking, organizing, and distribution of meeting minutes.
  • Oversee internal document management and maintain uptodate procedures.
  • Work closely with other members of the administration team regarding any pilotrelated queries.
  • Manage access to internal systems.
  • Organize and coordinate events.
  • Write, revise, and translate documents in French and English.
  • Develop and adapt work procedures to optimize team efficiency.

Qualifications:


  • Technical diploma in office administration or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with recent technologies, including Teams, Office, and cloud computing.
  • Experience in aviation, mainly with flight operations.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role supporting management.
  • Proactivity, autonomy, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
  • Team spirit and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
