We are seeking a seasoned quality assurance specialist to join our team. As a key member of our testing group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of software quality.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute comprehensive testing strategies for large-scale systems.
Develop test plans, scripts, and cases that meet project requirements.
Analyze defects and identify root causes for efficient resolution.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent analytical skills as well as strong communication abilities. You should also have experience with various testing tools including manual testing techniques. Knowledge of automation frameworks is a plus but not necessary. Familiarity with ITIL processes such as change/release management would be beneficial. An understanding of relational database technologies like SQL along with an ability to work effectively under pressure makes this candidate stand out.
