The
eCommerce Analytics Manager at Grainger Canada is responsible for collecting and leveraging multiple sources of website data, managing website analytical tools to provide insights and identify trends in online activity and sales.
This position ensures that the value of web data and insights is well understood and optimized by all eCommerce functional areas to make decisions about the eCommerce roadmap.
This individual reports to the Director, Digital Experience Analytics and plays a key role in "understanding the customer" and optimizing the website user experience.
This role is a hybrid roleKEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage website monitoring tools, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Audience Manager
- Partner with Grainger Canada Strategic Marketing and critical functions at W.W. Grainger to develop roadmap of tools and techniques for website analytics
- Develop and distribute accurate website reporting using a variety of tools and data sources
- Partner with key stakeholders to turn findings into actionable insights
- site traffic and click-stream navigation patterns
- site search and browse behavior
- eMarketing program effectiveness
- Own and execute A/B testing roadmap. Conduct testing, analyze results and recommend improvements to web design and content
- Work with technology partners to determine and implement site tagging and tracking requirements
- Develop processes and procedures to ensure ongoing data quality and integrity
- Provide insight, forecasts and business cases to inform project prioritization
- Work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to enable targeted efforts through first
- Manage one eCommerce analyst to achieve these objectives
PROFIL REQUI

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Statistics/Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with customer data platform (CDP) is an asset, preferably Adobe Experience Platform
- Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently with strong selfmanagement
