Project Administrator - Mississauga, Canada - CROSSMARK, Inc.
Description
Overview:
The Project Administrator will enter projects (also referred to as sales plans) in the Company's Field Force Automation Tool(s) on behalf of the Client Services Team for various client initiatives.
The Project Administrator will also be responsible for generating reports from those same tools; pulling data from multiple sources to create a seamless report summary.
These reports will have a direct contribution in summarizing actionable insights for Client Service Managers and/or Business Insights Analyst(s) for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Gain working knowledge of the retail environment, including projects (sales plans) and process requirements
- Ensure that projects are created and launched in the system(s) within required time frame
- Participate in business reviews and annual meetings as needed
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management
- Create and/or maintain weekly/monthly reports for various teams and clients
- Develop and share best practices (templates/analyses/methodologies)
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
Experience:
Experience in analyzing and interpreting data and delivering actionable insights with strategic thinking is a requirement; Prior work experience in data analysis and systems and demonstrate a fundamental knowledge of the technology involved to operate these systems is a plus
Computer Skills:
- Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office; Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- The emphasis is on Excel; understanding and creating vlookups, formulas, macros, etc.
Specialized Skills:
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to effectively communicate with others
- Ability to organize and manage multiple, timesensitive projects
- Ability to work well in a team setting and with various levels within organization

None
Work Environment:
Office environment; travel for the purposes of presentation may be required
Language Skills:
English is the primary language skill, however, bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity
