We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee the design, delivery, and integration of traction power and electrical systems for rail and transit infrastructure. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in delivering complex projects across various transit modes.

About the Role:

• This is a leadership position responsible for defining system architecture, leading integration strategies, and ensuring alignment across all subsystems. You will serve as the technical authority for systems design and assurance.

You will direct planning, sizing, placement of traction power substations (TPSS), switching stations, load flow studies and interface with grid operators including backup power schemes. Additionally you will oversee utility interconnections including emergency backup power.
