Description

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair cable systems for residential and commercial clients
Perform cable terminations and testing to ensure proper signal transmission
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with cable connections, wiring, and equipment
Collaborate with team members to complete installations and service calls in a timely manner
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards while working at heights or in confined spaces

Qualifications:

Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for working with hand tools
Experience in the telecommunications industry, specifically with telephone and cable systems
Proficiency in computer networking and Ethernet connections
Basic understanding of electrical principles and low voltage systems
Familiarity with Cisco routers is a plus
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills

$22.00-$28.00 per hour
