    Job Role

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Management Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting various talent management programs, processes, framework and systems that support the organization.



    About The Job

    • You will provide guidance and training to management and employees regarding talent management processes and systems; analyzing data including tracking of data trends and preparing forecasts related to talent management programs.

    • Supports the Talent Development Specialist with succession planning, including analyzing leadership development needs, preparing forecasts, tracking succession planning actions to ensure the development of required leadership talent.


    This position requires a strong understanding of project management methodology and continuous improvement processes. You must also have excellent analytical skills with ability to identify problems research analyze interpret data make evidence-based recommendations present findings in clear concise reports presentations. Experience working on similar projects is required as well previous experience creating comprehensive strategies refreshing existing business operations or process updates would be advantageous.
