Bits In Glass (BIG), is seeking a talented and experienced MuleSoft Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

As a MuleSoft Technical Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the successful implementation of MuleSoft integration solutions.

You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing technical solutions, and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for MuleSoft integration projects.
  • Conduct indepth analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend technical solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, including API specifications, data mapping, and integration patterns.
  • Work closely with development teams and architects to design and document MuleSoft integration solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to provide guidance and support throughout the development and implementation process.
  • Assist in data analysis, ensuring data integrity, quality, and security in MuleSoft integration projects.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers, facilitating effective communication and understanding.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to validate the functionality and usability of MuleSoft integrations.
  • Assist in change management activities, including creating training materials and conducting training sessions for endusers.
  • Retain and nurture relationships postengagement to ensure ongoing opportunities are realized and acted upon appropriately.
  • Proactively mitigate and manage critical escalations and atrisk accounts; communicate effectively and appropriately with internal and external leaders and executives.
  • Anticipate needs and position training, support and other solutions that may be needed for a successful customer experience.

Required Experience:

  • Proven 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst, specifically working on MuleSoft integration projects.
  • Indepth knowledge and handson experience with MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform, including APIled connectivity and integration patterns.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and analysis.
  • Proficient in translating business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.
  • Experience in data analysis and mapping, ensuring data integrity and security in integration projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
  • Highly developed soft skills, with the ability to adjust communication style based on the audience or difficult client situations
  • Collaborative and consultative work style, ability to thrive in a high velocity, highly dynamic work environment.
  • Experience working on enterprise level technical projects
  • Relevant MuleSoft certifications, such as MuleSoft Certified Developer or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect, are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
  • Bilingual in French and English Preferred.
