    This role plays a vital part in designing, managing, and optimizing energy management systems for various building projects. You'll collaborate with construction teams, supervise subcontractors, and ensure that installations meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities

    • Thoroughly analyze project requirements and scope of work.
    • Design energy management systems that align with project goals.
    • Develop and manage control system tenders.
    • Review and approve control designs and shop drawings.
    • Coordinate equipment procurement.
    • Supervise on-site work of subcontractors, ensuring adherence to standards.
    • Develop detailed commissioning and testing procedures.
    • Establish clear sequences of operations for mechanical equipment.
    • Manage equipment start-ups and commissioning for optimal performance.
    • Analyze system operations and implement improvements as needed.
    • Provide support for project monitoring and subsidy applications.
    • Manage technical inquiries, project warranties, and maintenance.
    • Represent the company professionally at site meetings. Qualifications
      • Degree in Building Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant trade certification.
      • Minimum of five years of experience in HVAC/control system installation.
      • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office.
      • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
      • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
