This is for 1st shift, 6:45 AM- 3:00 PM Monday
- Friday with NO WEEKENDS
- Able to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics + blueprints
- Electrical/ mechanical troubleshooting experience
- Able to visualize and plan the assembly of a part based on wiring schematics and mechanical blueprints
- Perform electrical wiring techniques (stripping, terminating, crimping)
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Electrical and mechanical experience
- Must be mechanically inclined and have demonstrated knowledge/ability to read and interpret schematics/blueprints, shop drawings, manuals, etc.
- Must be able to work under mínimal supervision
- Demonstrates a high level of operational understanding of work practices, technology and SRA's
- Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of area specific equipment
- Learns, understands, and can implement and adhere to all policies, practices and procedures.
- 5+ years of directly related on the job experience strong sense of urgency, organizational ability and take ownership to help ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budgeted hours
- Experience wiring PLCs and robotics systems will be considered an asset
- Position, install, and secure all subcomponents into various pieces of equipment as per appropriate drawings
- Previous experience in custom assembly of water treatment systems
- Operate a wide variety of machinery as part of the manufacturing processes i.e. pipe/conduit/tube benders, grinders, drills, etc
- Fabricate, assemble and hydrotest PVC, PP, and PVDF pipe spools
- Perform selfinspection to verify that all components are installed, tested and match applicable drawings and sign QA documentation
