THE ROLE
EA SPORTS FC is looking for a Program Manager to support our DEI roadmap as well as operational initiatives within the EA SPORTS FC team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support, coordination and program ownership for the FC Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Council and overall strategy.
- Help develop new program plans and roadmaps as it relates to team culture.
- Support with monitoring program status and metrics.
- Improve documentation and processes.
- Provide support to other operations initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Educational background: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a relevant field
- You have experience in Project/Program Management
- You have experience providing progress updates, reporting and data analysis
- You are an excellent communicator, both verbal and written
- You are collaborative and enjoy working as part of a team
- You want to cover a broad range of topics contributing to workplace culture
BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations.
If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.
BASE SALARY RANGES
- British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs.
Victoria):
o $63,350 - $98,800 CAN Annually
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and after 3 months of service - extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
