Monday - Friday*****: The Shipper Receiver will be focused on the shipping and receiving of parts to customers in a timely and accurate manner.

The Shipper Receiver will also assist with the daily operations of the Parts department by sourcing and providing parts to the shop and assisting with parts inventory.

The Shipper Receiver will be responsible for ensuring a clean, organized and safe warehouse.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:


  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in a related shipping/receiving position
  • Experience with an inventory/work order computer system
  • Forklift license considered an asset
  • Proficient with computers
  • Must have valid driver's license
  • Knowledge of heavy equipment parts considered an asset
  • Must be able to work well in a busy environment and meet daily deadlines
  • Demonstrated team player and willing to assist others when required
  • Must be able to lift up to approximately 80 lbs. and stand for long periods of time

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Load and unload delivery trucks throughout the day
  • Receive, locate and stock parts
  • Deliver or pick up parts locally as required (in company vehicle)
  • Ship parts to customers in a timely and effective manner
  • Pick and provide parts to Technicians in alignment with established processes
  • Process shop parts, warranty parts and vendor returns
  • Daily cycle counts
  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse
  • Assist in some general facility maintenance
  • Other duties as assigned
