We coach them to hire an assistant, and we training the assistant to implement all their operation systems andafter the sale system with the goal of building a life they love paid for by a fully scaled real estate business.

About the Job

Your role is to work closely with the founder as an implementor, project manager, rock star administrator.

You would be responsible for 3 roles.


Executive Assistant work:

Manager the founder's calendar and be the go-to for tasks and requests.

Be a sounding board for the founder to organize and priorities his thoughts and plans.


Project Managament

We are a growing company with many things happening and a very creative founder who likes to add new things all the time.

Your role would be to organize and oversee all the projects for the team, with timelines, measurements and tasks for key people to complete on the team.

You would make sure the projects stays on track and is the people running them are aware of the priorities that need to get done and when and report back weekly on the progress and goals.

• We have 2 online programs with over 60 students
• Keynote speaking
• Online events
• Managing our CRM
• Managaing our Online Course Software
• In Person Live events
• Launching new systems for our students
• Facebook Groups Metrics
• Facebook Ads Metrics
• Coaches plans and mentorship
• Mentors program
• Monthly workshops planning
• Brokerage Partnerships communication and management
• CEO Travel booked and organized
• Podcast Metrics and Plan
• Social Media Metrics and plan

Finance Management_

• Setting up stripe with new students
• Accounts receivable & collections
• Payment management
• Weekly projected income reports
• Biweekly tax withholding reports
• Receipts management
• All Invoicing
• Work with bookkeeper
• Projected revenue report
• Review the P & L monthly with the founder.
