Responsibilities:

As a Mortgage Agent/Broker at Sunlite Mortgage, your key responsibilities include:

• Selling mortgage products from diverse lenders and institutions.
• Daily prospecting and relationship management with Circles of Influence.
• Cultivating an extensive and qualified pipeline.
• Staying updated on industry changes and attending training sessions.
• Proactively managing opportunities and supporting clients throughout the sales cycle.
• Coordinating sales efforts with relevant departments and updating the CRM system.
• Establishing rapport with existing and potential customers.
• Meeting team goals and objectives with a demonstrated track record of sales.

Requirements:

• Completed mortgage agent certification program.
• Minimum 12 years' experience as a mortgage agent, closing a minimum of 5 deals.
• Networking and marketing acumen to acquire mortgage clients.
• No history of termination or license expiry.
• Commitment, openness to coaching, and a strong desire to succeed.

YOU MUST HAVE THE ACCREDITATION TO BE REGISTERED WITH FSRAO OR ALREADY REGISTERED WITH FSRAO TO BE QUALIFIED FOR THIS POSITION.
