Company Description
We are a rapidly growing CPA firm located in Burnaby with 3 partners.

We provide a range of high quality, personalized accounting and taxation services to small and medium sized businesses and individuals across Canada.

We are looking for new and experienced managers.

Requirements:

Qualified CPA with a minimum 4 years of recent public practice experience, including one year as a manager in public practice
Skilled in audit, review and compilation engagements
Skilled in the preparation of financial statements for assurance engagements
Experience with tax planning for both personal and corporate clients
Ability to represent the Firm and liaise with clients in a professional and friendly manner
Aptitude for improving internal systems and processes
Strong team leadership skills with aptitude for training and developing staff

Responsibilities

Demonstrates an ability to lead and manage multiple engagements and associates
Responsible for developing and maintaining all aspects of client services
Manages assurance, accounting, and tax engagements
Manages aspects of production and client billing
Actively leads and develops work teams to successfully meet and exceed a varying range of client needs and expectations
Actively supports and participates in firm wide initiatives
Promotes the firm's Quality Control Standards

Salary:
$90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
