Your role at Baxter:
The Marketing Coordinator is passionate about providing the best possible support to the wider commercial marketing & digital health solutions teams.
As an excellent partner and self starter, the coordinator will build relationships with the customer and the Baxter team through their excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
As a fast and willing learner, the coordinator would aim to support commercial activities related to Baxter products especially in the digital health space within the Health Systems Technology as well as the Medical Product Therapies segments.
What you'll be doing
- Provide marketing support for onmarket products
- Support leaders with presentations, marketing collateral, customer letters etc.
- Quoting, Invoicing, Payments and Subscriptions contracts management
- Partner with Finance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables and Customers through billings management and revenue recognition
- Partner with Marketing for Education Portal management (learning asset updates)
- Project management and execution of scaling customer facing portals
- Help arrange materials for conferences & events including samples
- Research various areas of competition/clinical practice or customer behavior to provide insights to the team
- Support creation and analysis of various customer surveys
- Participate in commercial business planning sessions
- Event planning support, market research and brainstorming inputs during sessions
- Facilitate and partner through creation of digital marketing assets as well as sales/marketing learning for uplifting digital marketing capabilities
What you'll bring
- Completion of 3rd or 4th year of a bachelor's degree preferably in marketing or science programs
- Proven ability to cope with ambiguity and shifting responsibilities/priorities
- Experience being proactive, driven by results and reaching targets
- Consistent track record of quantifiable/documented accomplishments
- Selfdirected, resourceful and independent learning
- Exceptional computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and in use of virtual tools like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, etc.
- Communication skills excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Excellent teamwork and influencing skills (without direct authority)
- Indirect leadership of cross functional teams
- Critical thinking & problemsolving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Experience with project management an asset
- Understanding of devices used in hospital settings and knowledge of hospital/surgical environments an asset
