Key Responsibilities:


  • Support with the onboarding and offboarding of employees by participating in orientation, and processing Workday tasks and exit interviews
  • Generate Insight reports into Attrition using data collected from our HRIS system and exit interviews
  • Work with Field HR and functional leadership to assist in the creation of insights into a Business Functions Workplace of Choice data
  • Assist with ensuring the integrity of our data within our HRIS system (Workday) by working with Field HR, Finance, and Business Analysts for each function
  • Support Field HR representatives in the creation of safety and diversity & inclusion messages that align with creating the most inclusive and safest employer in the world
  • Assist in collecting, analyzing, and generating reports and presentations that can be implemented effectively by Field HR
  • Assist the business with finding and developing nontechnical training needs
  • Support in the organization of HR Data within our shared drive, OneNote, and physical files within our various sites
  • Assist in organizing our Hourly PDC sites to ensure they are using one common HR policy manual
  • Assist in updating Business Development plan for HR monthly
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of New Leader Transition sessions

Qualifications:


  • Pursuit of a Bachelor's (2nd or 3rd year)

Co-Op degree in the following areas:
Human Resources, Business/Commerce

  • Enrolled in a qualifying Ontario cooperative education, or internship program
  • Able to work fulltime, 40 hours per week in Canada and for 8month term (2 consecutive semesters) starting May 202
  • Proven experience working with data in Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bilingual, with proficiency in French language
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Power BI

  • Possess strong organizational, problemsolving, and analytical skills
  • Fundamental digital literacy including understanding of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
