an importer and distributor of fine Italian goods is seeking an outgoing, well spoken, energetic, detail oriented, customer centric individual to fill the role of Inside Sales/ Sales Administrator.

If you have:

Strong command of the English language (Italian Language an asset)
Clear communication and active listening skills
Excellent Customer Service
People oriented with a propensity to help others
Aptitude to call on both existing and new accounts
Ability to process information with a great work ethic
Strong knowledge & proficiency in MS Office
Excellent organization skills/ Time management
Comfortable working alone and with other members of the sales team
Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, organizing and meeting deadlines
University Degree or College Certificate in Marketing an asset

Duties Include:

Prospecting, lead generating & identifying sales opportunities
(20% of your day):
Inside sales

- cold calling potential customers & dealing with existing clients
(40% of your day), so you must be comfortable speaking on the phone)

Staying uptodate with emerging trends, new products & merchandise from the UK market
(10% of day):
Administration
(30% of your day); This will include customer onboarding, responding to customers queries, liaising with warehouse staff
Grow top line sales & adding new accounts
Upselling new Items and making product recommendations
Customer promotions, creating marketing material and other duties as assigned
Responding to customer inquiries & complaints in an efficient manner

Salary:
$35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
