Job summary
We are creating a paid educational manual and video course on planning and building DIY underground shelters for homeowners.This project involves reviewing best practices for soil & drainage, underground structural loads, concrete / steel wall & roof concepts, entry shafts & emergency exits, record loom explanations,
and reviewing written chapters for accuracy. A civil / structural / geotechnical background with experience in basements, retaining walls, underground structures,
or safe rooms is required. Comfort with educational content is also necessary. Deliverables include recorded explanations,
chapter feedback, Mandatory skills:
