Health Sector Relationship Manager

SALARY:
Competitive market salary + bonus structure

POSITION OVERVIEW
Under the supervision of the Director of the Health Sector Division, the duties and responsibilities of the Health Sector Relationship Manager will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Corporate and Health Sector Relationship Management

  • Providing key accounts with information regarding new products, promotions, etc.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience by leveraging all digital tools to maintain strong business relationships and respond to partner and staff questions and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Addressing customer requests and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Generate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and all contacts within those organizations.
  • Source new accounts and successfully manage company provided contacts to ensure maximum account utilization.
  • Manage and nurture relationships to increase overall revenue and opportunity volume.

Project Management and Administration

  • Calendarize all plans and projects, ensuring work is completed on time and on budget.
  • Prepare regular status reports to assess performance.
  • Collaborate with management to preplan initiatives.
  • Create new accounts, place orders, and troubleshoot issues with key customer accounts using our customer/affiliate management software: ByDesign
  • Walk key accounts through their account Back-Office
  • Coordinate meetings via Microsoft Teams with any given division of corporate to manage and execute on projects.

Medical Advisory Board

  • Work closely with all members on our medical advisory board to source new accounts and successfully manage them to ensure maximum account utilization.
  • Provide key insights and reports on accounts sourced via medical advisory board.

Health Sector Influencers/Ambassadors

  • Manage daytoday relationship with health sector influencers/ambassadors, when applicable
  • Work with Social Media/Influencer Manager to review and finalize contracts for these partners.
  • Work with Social Media/Influencer Manager to ensure influencers/ambassadors are delivering on contractual requirements.
  • Create affiliate health pro accounts for these partners and provide support with initial account setup and review.
  • Provide support, resources, relevant information to these partners, when applicable.

Travel for Health Conferences/Tradeshows

  • Attend company planned and covered trade shows/health conferences ~ 4 per year (~23 days each).
  • Provide support to attending team to answer customer questions, place orders, provide background knowledge on the company and product, etc.

  • Outlook Suite for company communications
  • Microsoft Suite
  • Asana for project management
  • Dropbox for file management
  • Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for design
  • WordPress/WooCommerce for web and ecommerce
  • Design Pickle for 3rd party design support.
  • Zendesk for customer service management

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in science/business/communications or related field.
  • 46 years of experience with progressive responsibility in relationship management
  • Experience with relationship building and project management in corporate structure.
  • Strong communication skills ability to perform written, verbal and nonverbal interactions with others to maintain relationships with key clients
  • Strong customer service skills as you will facilitate communication between the company and key clients
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members
  • Basic skills with Microsoft Suite Applications (Outlook, Teams, Office Suite, etc.)

Salary:
$58,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
