About the role
To act as a trusted advisor offering in-country policy expertise and knowledge to support and educate managers, and associates on all P&O topics on the moments that matter.
People Partners support all divisional customer groups in country enabling the delivery of lifecycle events, employee value proposition, talent acquisition, talent management, development, cultural advisor, performance management, employee relations, rewards, pay and reporting.
In addition, People Partners implement change initiatives at a country level acting as detailed designers and agents of changeMajor Accountabilities
- Partnering and coach managers and associates on all P&O topics including promoting selfsufficiency in people processes
- Drives quality, effectiveness, efficiency, and continuous improvement for P&O initiatives that will enable the overall P&O strategy to support business
- Talent management advice including internal employee movement and offers and potential mobility
- Champions on culture and supports implementation of corporate and local cultural acceleration initiatives
- Drive DEI efforts and align with global or local initiatives / implementation with focus full spectrum of inclusion & Psychological Safety
- Manage the execution of local implementation of largescale organizational and daytoday organizational structure changes, in line with country regulations / policies
- First point of escalation for all leaders and managers on their daytoday P&O topics, providing expert advice, guidance and support

Role Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or related is preferred
- Minimum ideal of 7 years of experience in a P&O related function

- Operational Excellence and Organizational Savvy
- Fluent in English and French
