- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Consult with production supervisor to schedule production runs in a cost and timeefficient manner
- Prepare and maintain progress and other reports
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
- Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
