What We Offer:

Position Overview:

Plan and monitor the daytoday running of projects to ensure smooth progress from conception to completion
Supervise team members and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous skill set improvement
Able to build strong relationships with subcontractor partners, clients and team members
Ensure compliance with all regulations to complete construction projects safely, and up to building code
Plan, organize and determine the necessary equipment, materials, and team members needed for best efficiency of each project
Regularly communicate with clients on project status
Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
Ensure quality construction standard

Who You Are:

Proven experience as Construction Manager, Site(s) supervisor, Project manager or equivalent position
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Extremely selfmotivated and committed to achieving results
Ability to multitask with an ability to flex to meet company and client needs
Outstanding communication and people skills, both oral and written
Knowledge of industry's legal rules and guidelines
In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g., supply chain, finance, customer service etc.)
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g., ERP, CRM)
Must be comfortable being hands on and willing to put boots to the ground when necessary
Experience in all aspects of construction activities including proposals, negotiating, estimating, scheduling, jobcosting and construction management
High level of problemsolving skills
Willing to work hard with frequent long hours
