Position Overview:


  • Plan and monitor the daytoday running of projects to ensure smooth progress from conception to completion
  • Supervise team members and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous skill set improvement
  • Able to build strong relationships with subcontractor partners, clients and team members
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations to complete construction projects safely, and up to building code
  • Plan, organize and determine the necessary equipment, materials, and team members needed for best efficiency of each project
  • Regularly communicate with clients on project status
  • Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
  • Ensure quality construction standard

Who You Are:


  • Proven experience as Construction Manager, Site(s) supervisor, Project manager or equivalent position
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Extremely selfmotivated and committed to achieving results
  • Ability to multitask with an ability to flex to meet company and client needs
  • Outstanding communication and people skills, both oral and written
  • Knowledge of industry's legal rules and guidelines
  • In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g., supply chain, finance, customer service etc.)
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  • Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g., ERP, CRM)
  • Must be comfortable being hands on and willing to put boots to the ground when necessary
  • Experience in all aspects of construction activities including proposals, negotiating, estimating, scheduling, jobcosting and construction management
  • High level of problemsolving skills
  • Willing to work hard with frequent long hours
