Our team is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Construction Manager and Estimator to help us.We're the type of organization that enjoys personal growth and development, and we want someone who's both open-minded and focused on the details.
We're looking for a Construction Manager who has job site management experience and can perform site supervision duties such as inspections, cost analysis, estimating, and project management duties.
Responsibilities:
- Estimate the cost of materials, labour, and equipment for construction projects from contract bids, quotations, drawings and specifications.
- Decide how the tendering procedure will work, recommend tenders, and conduct negotiations.
- Manage and coordinate construction projects.
- Keep track of costs and money spent during a project.
- Keep a list of suppliers, contractors and subcontractors.
- Work with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors.
Requirements:
- 10 years of onsite experience minimum
- Minimum 3 years of Residential and/or Commercial estimating experience
- College or university degree an asset
- Own vehicle/transportation
- Access to own trades
Salary:
From $62,851.00 per year
