Description
Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems, hardware and peripherals

  • Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems
  • Identifies, analyzes and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed
Performs a variety of complicated tasks

  • Onsite software support
  • Repair of highend printers and multifunction devices
  • Hardware repair and software restoration at server component level
  • Network device replacement/configuration
  • Basic network troubleshooting
  • Windows OS & Application Support
  • Dell Laptop/Desktop imaging and hardware experience
- communication skills, 3 years technical experience and CompTIA A+ certification is preferred.

  • 25 years of related work experience, or AA degree, or technical training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 years technical experience and CompTIA A+ certification is preferred.

Salary:
$27.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
