Job Description:
We currently have an opening for a
Project Administrator in our
Regina office. You will work on multi-discipline projects for a variety of public and private sector clients.
Responsibilities will include coordinating budgets, coordinating invoicing, producing monthly earned value forecasting, and preparing project tender documents, specifications, and letters in accordance with our professional standards.
You have an eye for detail, creating, and assuring reports conform to project and company standards regarding quality, content, and format.
You provide excellent customer service, delivering project management support services to your team and external clients (e.g., change orders, workplans, scheduling, engineering agreements, and contract documents).
You maintain a current knowledge of project technical specifications and implications.You will report to the Division Manager, Regina Infrastructure, and be a part of a dynamic, high-performance team.
Job Requirements:
What you will bring:
- Business Administration or Office Administration diploma from an accredited postsecondary institution (as a minimum)
- 6 to 8 years of administrative experience in a professional office environment
- Experience in the coordination of projects
- Experience in customer/client service
- Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Excellent written communication skills, including ability to write professional reports
- Highly detailoriented
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and use good judgement
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and schedules
- Strong data gathering and analysis skills
- Prior experience with accounting functions such as invoicing is an asset
- Prior experience using graphic design software (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign) is an asset
- Prior experience with marketing/business development activities is an asset
- Prior experience in the consulting engineering industry is an asset
