Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks to support operations
  • Utilize MS Office Suite for documentation and communication
  • Prepare and dispatch Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Prepare and distribute Work Orders (WOs).
  • Coordinate material procurement from vendors.
  • Schedule appointments with installers, homeowners, and project managers.

Experience:


  • Proven experience in administrative roles
  • Proficiency in computerized systems and office software
  • Strong phone etiquette skills

Pay:
$18.64-$25.00 per hour
