Distribution Analyst - Ontario, Canada - Chubb
Description
The Distribution Analyst position is is dedicated to collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to provide insights that drive informed decision-making for the Distribution team.
The incumbent will be challenged to create metrics (for Marketing Incentives and Bonuses) that are in line with our business targets, maintain momentum and motivation and achievable by the sales force.
The role will work closely with Marketing, Distribution and Sales Enablement departments to ensure accurate reporting and facilitate data-driven decision-making processes.
Responsibilities include:
Data Collection, Analysis & Reporting
- Collect and organize data from various sources, including PowerBi, CRM systems, advertising platforms, and web analytics tools.
- Conduct indepth analysis of marketing campaigns, performance metrics, and behavior to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Study Post-Incentive results and report findings of strengths and improvements.
- Evaluate field performances and make recommendation on areas of improvements.
- Develop and maintain regular reporting dashboards and presentations to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights to stakeholders.
Performance Monitoring
- Monitor marketing performance metrics on an ongoing basis, identifying areas of improvement and providing actionable recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives against predefined goals and benchmarks.
- Continuously evaluate and refine reporting and analysis processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Implement best practices for data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure consistency and reliability of marketing insights.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 35 years in an administrative role supporting distribution.
- Proficient in using MS Suite (MS Word, PowerPoint, Teams) with advance experience in Excel
- Forward thinker and problem solver who responds calmly and quickly to issues that can arise in a live and/or virtual eventsbased atmosphere
- Work well in a team environment and communicate with team members and partners efficiently
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problemsolving skills
- Detailoriented, excellent planning and organization skills and strong follow through of activities
- Ability to think strategically and critically in developing practical solutions
- Experience in corporate meeting/event planning is an asset
- Bilingual English / French an asset
