_ Responsibilities:
_


  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Senior Vice President as needed
  • Assist in the onboarding of new employees, including setting up workstations and providing necessary administrative support
  • Welcome visitors and manage the reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere
  • Handle shipping and receiving tasks, including sending out samples and managing incoming deliveries
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of administrative tasks
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences as required.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
  • Assist where needed with order entry or financial month end tasks

_Qualifications:
_


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience in providing executivelevel administrative support, preferably in a sales organization
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
  • A proactive and selfmotivated attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a sense of urgency and attention to detail

Note:

This is a hybrid role that may require occasional in-office presence as well as the ability to work remotely.
