Your future duties and responsibilities
General PM activities and tasks.

Takes direction from the PMO Group Director

Responsible for the facilitation, tracking and reporting of all DCC Stream 3 Key Issues/Risks, Project Change Requests, and Key Lessons Learned inputs

Risks Management:

Develops and maintains the overall DCC Stream 3 Risks Management & Issues Management processes
Conducts active follow up with risks and issues owners for master tracking LOG updates
Facilitates weekly team meetings to review/update/report all DCC Stream 3 key risks & issues
Ensures risks and issues inputs for DCC Stream 3 DG and Partner reports are aligned weekly status scorecard content
Facilitates weekly risks and issues reviews with DG

Project Change Request (PCR) Management:

Develops and maintains the overall DCC Stream 3 PCR Management processes for the identification, tracking, approvals and reporting of material changes to scope, costs and schedule
Facilitates weekly team meetings to review/update/report/approve material DCC Stream 3 PCRs

Lessons Learned Management:

Develops and maintains the overall DCC Stream 3 Lessons Learned Management processes
Gathers and reports on DCC Stream 3 Lessons Learned

Supports Client Leads by sharing key lessons learned inputs Kick Off participant consumption
Required qualifications to be successful in this role

University degree in information technology, business administration or related field
Project Management Professional Certification
Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
35 years of demonstrated experience in project management
Demonstrated experience managing relationships with multiple stakeholder at various levels in an organization
Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management
Strong knowledge of relevant project management principles, tools & techniques
