WONDERING WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
You will plan and monitor the work of the top leader at Ecofish, collaborating and supporting with clear communication and timely coordination


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing daily tactical support for Ecofish's President and other executives as needed.
  • Expanding executive strategic capacity, using a deep understanding of Ecofish principles and corporate goals to ensure executive time is being spent on the highest priority needs.
  • Maintaining executive appointment calendars to coordinate meetings, appointments, and commitments using an excellent understanding of the executive team, and an ability through this understanding to decide which scheduled events or meetings are most appropriate for allocation of the executive's time.
  • Reviewing incoming correspondence and materials for the President, proactively bringing significant items to their attention, draft wellcrafted correspondence on their behalf for their review and approval.
  • Planning and support key actions as a representative of the executive team.
  • Executing on your own initiatives and objective, collaborating on and supporting key priorities, tracking and executing todos, and reporting on impact and success
  • Acting as a communication liaison with staff and suppliers and attend meetings as a representative of the President.

THE QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

  • Experience as an executive assistant, administrator, manager or equivalent related experience.
  • A postsecondary diploma or degree in a related field would be an asset.


  • Strong computer skills

  • MS Office Suite.
  • Demonstrates strong business acumen.
  • High performance and productivity.
  • Strong attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Commitment to quality and employee service.
  • Effective oral and written communication.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, motivated.
  • Well organized, efficient, and selfmanaged.
