Hybrid schedule:
Work-from-home Mondays/Fridays, in-office Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday


Pay:45k-50k CAN


The Technical Support Representative is a critical part of the Equifax team as they are responsible for providing technical support to internal and external clients by researching and answering questions and troubleshooting problems with system configuration issues.


What you'll do:


  • Part of a team responsible for client implementations and technical support
  • Accountable for system configuration according to client specifications
  • Provide answers to internal clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding client through corrective steps
  • Load client data and complete integration testing
  • Troubleshoot client issues related to data or system configuration
  • Communicate accurate estimates for assigned tasks
  • Meet or exceed project deadlines

What experience you need:


  • 3 years of customer service experience
  • Ability to analyze and improve business objectives through appropriate technology and/or process improvements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

What could set you apart:


  • Computer Science diploma or degree or equivalent.
  • Database management experience
  • Knowledge on secure file transfer protocol (SFTP)
  • Understanding of file encryption
  • Strong background in Microsoft Excel
