WHAT THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE:

Under the supervision of the Plant Supervisor, this position supports plant operations in all areas of processing and packaging manufactured concrete products.

These functions include, but are not limited to:

Laboring
General clean up
Production / assembly line work
Hand stacking and hand piling products
Inspection for quality and conformance to standards
Equipment and machinery operation

You are required to keep your work area clean and organized to assist your co-workers and to perform any and all tasks as directed.

This position is also responsible for supporting and demonstrating the
