The evolving needs of learners and industry means that institutions like NAIT are constantly updating systems, processes, structures and programming to meet those needs.

With all this change on campus, we are recruiting for the role of Organizational Change Management Specialist to guide NAIT's overall OCM framework and lead change projects of various scopes and sizes.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as thought leader in the development of an overall Organizational Change Management framework and philosophy to guide change projects of all types.
  • Lead select change projects with organizationwide impacts in collaboration with senior leaders and other centralized departments. Examples will include the implementation of new digital infrastructure, organizational designs, critical process improvements, occupying new physical spaces, HR and EDI programs and various other projects.
  • Partner with Organizational Development Services to develop and deliver change management training programs, toolkits and resource banks.
  • Act as coach and consultant to senior leaders working through changes in their areas, as well as resident expert in OCM.
  • Collaborate with Communications Strategists to develop comms plans to support various change projects.

Qualifications:


  • Undergraduate degree in Management, Business, Human Resources, or a related field. MBA or related graduate degree would be a strong asset.
  • Prosci or other change management certifications would be a strong asset.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in change management, organizational development, or business consulting.

Remuneration:
$3, $4,005.89 bi-weekly, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
