This job is for a Shop Foreman/Head Cabinetmaker at Lavish Kitchens Inc. We are a high end custom kitchen company located in Mississauga, near the airport. We specialize in high-end kitchens and millwork, for residential custom homes.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
- must have minimum 5 years experience in this role
- applicant must have a high degree of competency and understanding with regards to the production and construction of residential custom cabinetry
- must have the ability to work independently, or lead a small team of up to

• Have strong problem solving skills
• Be able to multitask

- work along side team cutting, assembling and fabricating projects

• Excellent time management skills, and the ability to produce and complete multiple projects in a timely manner
• Ability to cut sheet stock on sliding table saw
• Superior attention to detail, and good aptitude for quality control
• Selfmotivated and organized, with a positive attitude
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to read and interpret shop drawings from designer/architect's drawings

Job type:
Full-time, Permanent Monday to Friday, 8+ hour shifts


Salary:
$25.00-$30.00 per hour


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- carpentry: 5 years (preferred)
