- Help prepare engineering documents to design works for projects in the following sectors: industrial, mining and metals, energy, oil and gas, environment and sustainable development, etc.
- Design steel and concrete structures as well as building and equipment foundations.
- Coordinate design activities with other disciplines (mechanical, electrical, etc.).
- Prepare estimates, technical specifications and reports.
- Participate in quality control of the work carried out by technicians.
- Help prepare estimates, schedules and budgets, where required.
- Help plan, organize and evaluate work.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or any equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Member of the PEO with PEng designation or eligible to apply for PEng soon.
- 5 to 7 years of experience designing steel or concrete structures
- Advanced knowledge of structural analysis software (e.g., Sap 2000, ETABS, Safe)
- Experience with heavy industrial and/or substation structural design
- Familiarity with drafting software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Ability to read drawings
