Description

The right person for this position must enjoy working with the public, be a team player, reliable, and discreet with patient information.


DUTIES:

  • Greeting patients, registration, preparation and maintenance of patients medical records.
  • Collect fees, schedule patients for appointments.
  • Prep examination rooms.
  • Sterilize instruments daily using autoclave.
  • Scan documents into patient EMR.
  • Assist doctors as needed.
Farsi or Mandarin speaking an asset but not necessary.

Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From $19.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:


All customers are required to wear a mask, surfaces are sanitized, plastic barriers are setup between reception desk and customer.


Education:


  • Secondary School (required)

Experience:

- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)

- receptionist: 1 year (required)
