Description

Day shift: 5 x 8 hour shifts; Monday to Friday

Responsibilities may include:

Complete front desk administration; greeting customers, guests, and employees
Process time and attendance transactions as well as error processing
Create and manage production orders, apply, and communicate production changes
Review document changes and identify gaps in current systems and processes; recommend and implement effective solutions by collaborating with crossfunctional teams
Provide research assistance to nonroutine data entry errors; make recommendations and/or implement improvements to reduce repeats.
Create routings and bill of materials.
Schedule, expedite and coordinate the delivery and movement of critical material, including material transfers and inventory control
Prepare work and production schedules, monitoring the progress of production projects
Work in collaboration with planning departing, engineering department and manufacturing teams to cost production orders

Skills and Experience:

Education or equivalent experience in activities related to manufacturing, project management, production planning and/or scheduling
Able to manage competing demands, deal with frequent changes and effectively prioritize tasks
Detailoriented; accurately and efficiently manage a high volume of work in a fastpaced environment
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) as well as strong interpersonal skills
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
Technical competency and the ability to communicate both technical and nontechnical material to staff and management at all levels of an organization.
Highly motivated and selfdirected
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft 36
Demonstrated knowledge of production processes in an ERP system including inventory control, production control and supply chain management
