We are in the midst ofrevolutionizing our core capabilities to maximize service and missionoutcomes. This will include an integrated platform for relationship andpeople management, learning, intranet and data warehouse. In order toachieve all this, we are now recruiting for a Senior Business SystemsAnalyst for our HR Technology Team.

    As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will play a pivotal role inoptimizing our Workday system to enhance efficiency, accuracy, andcompliance in the areas of Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.

    You willcollaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and IT, toanalyze business processes, gather requirements, and implement solutionsthat align with organizational objectives.


    What you will be doing:
    Conduct in-depth analysis of existing Workday configurations related toPayroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.
    Identify opportunities for system enhancements, process improvements,and automation.
    Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs andtranslate them into clear and comprehensive requirements.
    Document detailed functional and technical specifications for systemmodifications and enhancements.
    Lead the design and implementation of Workday solutions for Payroll,Absence, and Time Tracking.
    Develop and execute test plans, ensuring the accuracy and integrity ofsystem changes.
    Provide training sessions to end-users on new system features andfunctionality.
    Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issuesrelated to Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules.
    Ensure Workday configurations comply with industry regulations andinternal policies.
    Collaborate with the security team to implement and maintain properaccess controls.
    Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimizeWorkday performance.


    What you bring to the table:7-10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a strongfocus on Workday in a complex enterprise environment.

    In-depth knowledge of Workday modules, particularly Payroll, Absence,and Time Tracking.

    Deep experience providing project implementation and support forWorkdayProven experience in requirements analysis, system design proposals,cost/benefit analysis and testing in support of solution development.

    Experience overseeing the development and/or implementation ofweb-based software and hardware solutions, on both functional and technicallevels.
    Proven ability to adapt to and function effectively within a changingorganizational environment.
    Ability to work independently while managing priorities and jugglingmultiple projectsWorkday certifications are an asset.

    Compensation:


    The salary range for this position is $88,205 (min.) to $132,307 (max).Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as marketconditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, andqualifications relevant to the role.
